Material must be out by 6 a.m. on the Monday of the scheduled week and no earlier than ten days prior; bulk trash and green organics go in two distinct piles four feet apart and four feet clear of containers, hydrants, meters and utility boxes, and never over a manhole; total material is limited to 10 cubic yards. Freon appliances, tires, unbagged animal waste, uncontained trash, glass or mirrors, household hazardous items, car parts, railroad ties, dirt, rock, concrete, brick, asphalt, landscape gravel and construction or remodelling debris (including carpet and padding) are refused.
