What this site is

A free directory of ways to get rid of a mattress, compiled from providers' and agencies' own published pages. Every listing shows where its information came from and the date we checked it.

What it is not

It is not a booking service for anyone other than A Bedder World, not a certification of any provider, and not professional, legal or environmental advice. Including a provider is not a recommendation, and we do not inspect facilities.

Check before you travel

Fees, opening hours, eligibility rules and whether a site accepts mattresses at all can change between our checks, and some sites serve only residents of their own city or county. Confirm the details with the provider before driving anywhere or booking anything. We are not responsible for a wasted trip, a refused mattress, or a price that differs from the one listed.

Our connection to A Bedder World

This site is run by Tim Sumerfield, who also founded A Bedder World. A Bedder World's listing is labelled as ours wherever it appears, and we may earn money when you book with it. Every other option is listed so you can compare — including the free ones and our competitors.

Accuracy and corrections

We work from primary sources and record what is not confirmed rather than guessing. Mistakes still happen. If you find one, tell us through the contact form and we will check it against the source and correct it.

Using the content

The text, research and design here are ours. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not republish the directory data in bulk without asking.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from dealing with any provider listed on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we agree to those courts having jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
