Single-family and multi-family homes up to four units that receive City of Cleveland carts and weekly collection.

Up to three bulk items per home, collected on the home's regular collection day during the first full week of each month. Mattresses are named as bulk furniture. Mattresses and cloth furniture must be wrapped in plastic when set out at the curb, to protect workers from bedbugs, lice and other parasites. Items go to the curbside area between the curb and the sidewalk, curbside the night before or no later than 6:00 AM on collection day; nothing may lean against or sit in front of the carts.
